AI-ASSISTED ORG CHARTS

Turn a prompt or file into a chart draft you can verify.

Use the structure already present in your words, tables, slides, documents, screenshots, or photos—then make the result accurate for your organization.

HOW THE ASSISTED PATH WORKS

Your source becomes a starting point, not a final answer.

Before an import begins, the interface asks for explicit consent to upload a selected source to Vibe My Org for transient, in-memory extraction and send your prompt or extracted evidence to Google Gemini. Original file bytes and image pixels are not forwarded to the model or retained after that request completes.

The generated reporting lines are a draft. You should review and correct names, roles, managers, and missing context before you rely on or share the chart.

Natural-language prompt

Name the top-level role, the teams beneath it, and any known managers. State uncertainty instead of inventing a reporting line. Prompts can contain up to 5,000 characters.

Excel and CSV

Put one person or role on each row. Clear columns for name, title, and manager provide stronger evidence than merged cells or visual spacing. Spreadsheet formulas are omitted and flagged for review.

Screenshots and photos

Use a full-frame PNG, JPEG, or WebP with readable labels and visible connector lines. Crop unrelated material and expect faint, crossing, or partially hidden connectors to require correction.

PDF

Use a PDF where names, titles, and reporting language are readable. Text and page content become evidence for a draft; PDF processing is capped at 40 pages.

PowerPoint (PPTX)

Slide text, shape positions, and connector endpoints can help propose the hierarchy. Decorative layouts and ambiguous arrow direction still need a human decision.

Keep a human in the loop

Preview the extracted hierarchy before applying it. The source establishes a starting point; you decide which reporting lines belong in the working chart.

CURRENT IMPORT LIMITS

Plan a large import in reviewable pieces.

Upload one document or spreadsheet, or up to three screenshots or photos, under 4 MiB combined. CSV files can contain up to 1,000 rows and 50 columns, and a recognized employee table can create up to 1,000 roles in one chart. Sources beyond those bounds should be divided into separate, reviewable charts today.

Free AI previews are capacity-limited. If that capacity is reached, manual editing remains available and you can try the assisted import again later.

HUMAN REVIEW CHECKLIST

Verify the evidence, not just the layout.
