Choose a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image with readable names and titles, visible connector lines, and enough surrounding space to distinguish one card from the next.
You can combine up to three screenshots or photos in one preview. Use overlapping captures for a large chart, crop unrelated content, and keep the optimized images under 4 MiB combined.
Use private visual extraction
Eligible screenshots first use local OCR and layout analysis inside Vibe My Org. Original image pixels are not sent to Google Gemini or retained after the request; when external AI is allowed, extracted text and layout evidence may be sent to Google Gemini after consent.
Keep consent and review explicit
Processing starts only after explicit consent. The result is a reviewable proposal, not proof that every label or connector was interpreted correctly.

Apply the preview only after review, then move roles, edit text, and select the most useful chart view.
HUMAN CORRECTION IS THE CONTROL
Treat visual extraction as a head start, not a finished record.
Check spelling, the single top-level role, every direct manager, and any unattached or duplicated card before the draft is used.
Once applied, the same editor supports direct updates and drag-reparenting, so correcting the source interpretation does not require starting over.
