Use authorized material
Only provide content that you are authorized to use and upload. Do not place another organization’s private people data into a guest draft or workspace without permission.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated July 22, 2026. This version covers the guest studio, accounts, workspaces, AI-assisted imports, saved charts, exports, sharing, and the conditional paid-plan flow.
Only provide content that you are authorized to use and upload. Do not place another organization’s private people data into a guest draft or workspace without permission.
AI output is a starting point. Review every generated draft and correct names, titles, reporting lines, and missing context before use.
Create a share link or export only for a chart you are permitted to disclose. A recipient may retain a copy even after you revoke a link.
CURRENT VERSION · 2026-07-22
These Terms apply when you use the guest studio, create an account, accept an invitation, join or create a workspace, import a source, save or export a chart, or create a share link. By using those features, you agree to this version. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to use the service and provide its information on that organization’s behalf.
“Vibe My Org,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator of the service at vibemyorg.com. This version intentionally does not invent a legal name, notice address, governing law, or dispute forum that has not been approved and published. Paid checkout must remain unavailable until those operator details are completed in these Terms.
Keep your sign-in email accurate and protect access to your email, Google account, browser session, and devices. Do not let another person use your account or sign-in link. Tell us through the Contact form if you believe an account or workspace has been accessed without permission.
A company-domain email can establish eligibility to request access; it does not grant workspace access by itself. Company information requires a verified identity and active membership. Workspace owners and administrators may invite, remove, or change member access within the roles the product makes available.
You keep the rights you already have in prompts, files, chart data, and exports. You give the service and its providers the limited permission needed to receive, process, host, display, and transmit that content only to operate the features you choose. That permission ends when the content is deleted from the service, subject to the retention boundaries described in the Privacy Notice and copies held by recipients.
You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to use names, titles, reporting relationships, images, documents, and other information you provide. Do not upload regulated, confidential, or sensitive personal information to the guest import flow.
Do not use Vibe My Org to break the law; violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or employment obligations; impersonate another person; distribute malware; probe or bypass access controls; disrupt the service; scrape it at abusive volume; or obtain chart, account, or workspace data you are not authorized to see. You remain responsible for claims or losses caused by content you had no authority to provide or by your unlawful use.
When you give explicit consent, a selected source is uploaded to Vibe My Org for transient, in-memory text and layout extraction. When external AI is enabled for that import, your prompt or the extracted evidence is sent to Google Gemini to propose a chart draft. Private local processing is used for eligible structured spreadsheets and screenshots without sending extracted content to the model. Original uploaded file bytes and image pixels are not forwarded to the model or kept after that request completes. A resulting draft can remain on your device or become workspace content if you choose to save it.
Generated names, roles, reporting lines, and warnings may be incomplete or wrong. Vibe My Org does not guarantee import accuracy. You must inspect and correct a draft before relying on, exporting, or sharing it. The service is an organization-chart tool, not legal, employment, compliance, or professional advice.
An active public share link is read-only, but anyone holding it can view the selected chart until the link expires or an authorized member revokes it. A link does not create organization membership or editing rights. You are responsible for choosing recipients and revoking access when it is no longer appropriate.
Revocation or expiry prevents later access through that link. It cannot recall screenshots, downloads, exports, or other copies a recipient already made. Official exports are files under your control after download.
A verified Free account includes two lifetime chart saves and two lifetime official exports. These are account or workspace allowances, not monthly credits. A completed action uses an allowance, and deleting a chart does not restore a used save.
An authorized workspace owner can choose an eligible paid plan in the workspace Plan area. Creator and Team subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly or yearly interval selected at checkout until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and paid access continues through that period.
Stripe handles payment-card data. Payments are collected through a Stripe account operated by Zero G Foundry LLC. Vibe My Org receives provider customer and subscription identifiers, plan and status information, period dates, and cancellation state, but does not receive or store full card numbers. The checkout presented before confirmation is the source for the charge and interval you select.
Use the Contact form for a billing error or refund request. No refund is promised by this page; rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.
Vibe My Org uses configured providers for authentication and workspace data, AI-assisted imports, hosting and support submissions, and—only when enabled—payment processing. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to the services they provide. We are not promising that a third-party service will always be available or unchanged.
You may stop using the service at any time. Use the Contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of account or workspace information; identity and authority for organization-owned data may need to be verified. An authorized member should revoke active share links before ending access when recipient access should stop.
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably needed to address a security issue, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, material misuse, nonpayment after paid plans launch, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, the service will provide notice or a path to contact support, but immediate action may be necessary to protect users, workspaces, or the service.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent applicable law permits, no warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every organizational decision, and no warranty is made that a generated chart is complete or accurate.
To the extent applicable law permits, the service operator and its providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or recipient use of a chart you chose to share. Nothing in these Terms excludes a responsibility or consumer right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
A changed version will show a new effective date. Account users may be asked to review and accept a new version before continuing into a protected workspace. Changes apply going forward; they do not erase rights or obligations that already arose.
No special governing-law or dispute-forum selection is stated in this version. Applicable law determines those questions. If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply. A failure to enforce one provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, the Privacy Notice, and any checkout terms presented for a paid plan form the agreement for the applicable use of the service.
