Choose one PDF under 4 MiB. Text-based documents can contain up to 40 pages; Vibe My Org reads positioned text so page placement can support the proposed structure.
A scanned PDF can contain up to 8 pages and up to 12 reviewable images. Password-protected PDFs are not supported, so export the relevant pages to an unlocked PDF or clear screenshots first.
Extract evidence transiently
Text coordinates and eligible scanned-page evidence are extracted in transient Vibe My Org processing. Original document bytes and page pixels are not sent to Google Gemini or retained after the request.
Consent, then verify
Processing begins only after explicit consent. Extracted text and layout evidence may be sent to Google Gemini to propose the draft, but the proposal is not proof that every connector was interpreted correctly.

Keep relevant names, roles, and reporting language legible, and remove pages that do not help explain the organization.

Select a supported PDF within the current file and page limits, then confirm the transient-processing notice.
- 03Review extracted evidence
Compare proposed labels and managers with the source, especially where visual connectors are faint, crossed, or represented only by page layout.
- 04Correct the editable draft
Apply only after review, then edit names and titles or move roles to the correct manager before saving or sharing.
THE SOURCE REMAINS THE REFERENCE
A document import is a starting draft, not an approved record.
Text PDFs do not provide a complete reconstruction of every vector connector. Scanned pages can also contain unreadable labels or ambiguous lines.
Check the single top-level role, every direct manager, and all warnings or unresolved items before the chart is used by a team.
