FROM CANVAS TO STRUCTURE
A Miro alternative for org charts
Miro is a collaborative whiteboard — an open canvas built for thinking together. An org chart is close to the opposite kind of artifact: it has one correct answer to who reports to whom, and it has to survive being pasted into a board deck six weeks later.
STRUCTURE, NOT PLACEMENT
A sticky note cannot be validated.
On an open canvas, a box sitting under another box means whatever the room decided it meant that afternoon. In Vibe My Org that placement is a reporting relationship the application enforces: one top-level role, exactly one accountable manager for every other role, and cycle prevention so nobody reports through themselves.
That is what lets one structure drive Hierarchy, Orbit, Focus, and List views, role search, and a CSV export without anyone redrawing it. The workshop is where the shape gets argued out. This is where it becomes something you can hand to a new hire.
AFTER THE WORKSHOP
From a board full of boxes to a chart you can hand over.
- 01Capture the board
Export the frame or take a screenshot of the section that holds the structure. PNG, JPEG, and WebP images are supported, and so is a PDF of the same board.
- 02Bring it in
Start an AI-assisted import with explicit consent. Up to three related images under 4 MiB combined can be reconciled into one proposed draft.
- 03Correct the draft
Names, titles, and reporting lines read from a photograph are proposals, not facts. Fix them in the editor before anyone treats the chart as settled.
- 04Hand it over
Save the chart to a workspace, then export SVG, PNG, PDF, editable PowerPoint, or CSV for the deck, the handbook, or the spreadsheet that needs it.
A BOARD OF REAL NAMES
Where the picture of your people goes.
Eligible screenshots are first read locally inside Vibe My Org using OCR and layout analysis. Original image pixels are not sent to Google Gemini and are not retained after the request; when external AI is allowed, only extracted text and layout evidence travels, and only after you consent.
The resulting draft stays on your device until you sign in and deliberately save it to a workspace you are authorized to use.
HONEST LIMITS
What Vibe My Org is not.
There is no infinite canvas, no sticky notes, and no live shared cursor here. Sharing today is a deliberate, revocable, read-only link or an authorized workspace member — not a room of people editing at once. Keep the whiteboard for the workshop, and bring the outcome here to make it a structure.
