Answers before you start.
Do free allowances reset each month?
No. The two chart saves and two official exports on Free are lifetime allowances. A completed save or authorized export uses one allowance permanently, and deleting a chart does not return a used save.
What happens when a free allowance is used up?
Charts already saved in the workspace stay viewable. New chart saves and official exports pause for that workspace until it is upgraded to a paid plan.
When can I cancel a paid plan?
From the workspace Plan page, at any time once a paid plan is active. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, paid access continues through that date, and the workspace then returns to Free.
Where do I upgrade?
Sign in, open your workspace, then the Plan area. Checkout is chosen inside a workspace because a plan applies to that workspace and its builder seats, not to a single person.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Guest editing needs no account at all, and a verified Free account adds two saved charts and two official exports without any payment details.
What is a builder seat?
A seat that can create and change charts in a workspace. Creator includes one active builder seat for the workspace owner; Team includes five across owner, administrator, and editor roles, plus unlimited viewers.

How your purchase is protected.
- Stripe hosts checkout and handles card data; Vibe My Org never receives or stores full card numbers.
- Billing fails closed on misconfiguration: if the provider configuration is incomplete, checkout returns an unavailable response instead of charging anyone.
- Allowances, renewal, and cancellation are stated on the workspace Plan page before any purchase confirmation.
- Every workspace chart is isolated with database row-level security tied to active membership.
